Position Overview

As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a pivotal role in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing valuable information about our vehicles and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to identify opportunities and schedule appointments.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information about our Honda products and services, assisting customers in selecting options that best meet their needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-up and data tracking.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Engage with customers post-interaction to address any concerns, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective support and communication.
  • Product Support: Assist with product demonstrations and presentations to enhance the customer experience and facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with a strong ability to engage and persuade.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies with basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales processes.

Porter - Sales Porter

Shifts: Day, Evening (Swing) Scheduled Days: Sun - Sat Salary Range: $33,500.00 - $52,000.00

Position Overview

As a Sales Porter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience at our dealership by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and service area. Your efforts will help keep our vehicles in top condition and ready for display or service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Movement and Parking: Safely maneuver vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service bays, and showroom. Efficiently park vehicles in designated areas to optimize space.
  • Vehicle Detailing: Wash, wax, and vacuum vehicles to uphold their appearance. Remove debris, stickers, and protective coverings from new vehicles.
  • Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lot by picking up trash, sweeping, and caring for landscaping. Arrange vehicles attractively to enhance customer appeal.
  • Service Department Support: Transport vehicles to and from the service area as needed. Assist service advisors and technicians in their tasks.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments. Address basic customer inquiries effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor vehicle inventory levels and report any damages or issues promptly.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support dealership events and promotions as required. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Sales Agent (Honda Product Specialist)

Full-time Shifts: Day, Evening (Swing)

Description & Responsibilities

As a Honda Product Specialist, your role will involve ensuring a seamless experience for every customer through the following responsibilities:

  • Showcasing Vehicles: Present our wide range of Honda vehicles and all brands of used vehicles to potential customers, explaining features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of our inventory, stay updated on industry trends, and participate in sales training programs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Assist customers during vehicle demonstrations, financial proposals, and delivery.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and ethical conduct. Always prioritize customer needs and commit to growth.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in person, by phone, email, and text.
  • Prospecting & Follow-up: Perform significant daily outbound emails, calls, and texts to solicit and follow up on prospective sales.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, plus a Vehicle Sales License.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily customer interactions.
  • Sales Experience: Automobile sales experience is a plus, though not mandatory.

Service - Service Advisor

Shift: Day Base $16.00/hr + Bonus ($50,000 - $130,000 Total Annual Potential)

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Will be responsible to meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner. Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements. Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and acquire proper authorization from customers. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Compensation Details

The Advisor Position has a pay scale consisting of base hourly compensation of $16.00 per hour plus bonus compensation, with typical earnings ranging from $50,000 to $130,000 annually.

Service - Technician

Shift: Day Base $18.00 - $39.00/hr + Performance Production Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

  • Diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, plus the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
